Investigation

A site survey will include soil tests, aspect, drainage, services as well as measurement of the site itself. 

Further consultation with you as ideas become clearer is likely to happen at this stage (usually by email or phone).

A feasibility study is written with approximate cost estimates of the whole project, including my fees. When we have agreed the terms in a simple contract, then I begin to draft your design.

The fee for the investigation stage will depend on the complexity of the site and proposed design and is set out in writing for your agreement before work begins.
