Developing ideas

Our first meeting at your home is your opportunity to talk about what you’d like to change in your garden or outside space. We walk the garden together and look at pictures of other gardens, materials and plants. I inspect the site and take notes. I compile a detailed written brief during this visit.

We will consider different design possibilities. Initial advice is given about probable landscaping and/or planting requirements, approximate costs and statutory obligations (eg trees, boundaries).

This visit usually takes 2 hours. There is no fee for this visit but I will charge you for travelling expenses.
